THE BEST HOLIDAY

Dad blasted the door open he sang to me “Happy birthday to you you’re 102 you smell like a monkey and you are one to.” It was my birthday I was officially a teenager and said yes we won the lotto. I screamed so I asked can we go to Bora Bora he said yes “AAHH” I screamed. In about 10 minutes we were off on the plane. We arrived we went in our Resort we put our luggage down and went to the beach. After about 2 hours we went on a cruise along the coast. Then we went back and took a drive all over Bora Bora and tried new and different foods to taste. We went to a parade and went back to the Resort. They started talking together saying. The foods were divine and the parade was awesome. It was a pity we were going home the next day. We went on the plane. We got on the plane ride. It was so bumpy but we ended up back home eventually.

Making Fairy Bread

On Wednesday 20th of February Room 6 children at St Joseph’s School made awesome amazing fantastic fairy bread because we were going to write a fabulous recount about it.

First we went to go wash our hands. So all of room 6 children ran to the bathroom and washed their hands and rushed into the classroom.

A short time later when everyone was in the classroom. We then spread the newspaper on the desks.

After that we each got 2 pieces of bread. 1 white bread and 1 wholegrain bread.

We then buttered our bread and put hundreds and thousands and chocolate hail on it. They were fantastic. When we put our sprinkles on we cut the crusts off and we got to taste them the crusts were so yummy because they were so appetising, because they had a little bit of sprinkles on it.

The hundreds and thousands sounded like a humungous rattle snake. It looked like rainbows and chocolate hail. It felt like soft buttered bread with nuts in it. It smelt like a beautiful rose. It tasted a bit nutty and lollies with a hint of chocolate.

I loved making fairy bread because they were so yummy.
